I gave this rental a 4/5 stars because of the initial start to the car rental. The previous car renter had damaged the car tire and it needed to be replaced. The car owner had this work performed before my rental began. However, the car was not located at the airport when my rental began. I had to walk to the car service station, retrieve the keys from the attendant and drive back to the airport to pick up the rest of my party. The car owner tried to relieve this problem by offering to pay for a taxi cab, but the taxi service was very poor and there were no available taxis within the airport area. It was quicker to walk 20 minutes to pick the car up from the service station than to wait 1-2hrs for the taxi cab service. During this, the owner was 100% available through text and call to obtain the keys from the car service station attendant. This problem was created by the previous car renter, but the owner did everything in his power to be available and answer questions promptly.
