This Volkswagen Caddy Maxi is ideal for exploring the stunning landscapes of Lofoten and Northern Norway, or for use as a practical moving van. It’s spacious, easy to drive with automatic transmission, and handles long trips comfortably.
As an option, the car can be equipped as a campervan with a removable camper setup: four 60L storage boxes, a 25L water can, storm kitchen with gas stove, a foldable table, two chairs – and a comfortable mattress with bed linen (sheet and duvet cover). It’s perfect for camping, road trips, or spontaneous overnight stays. The bed is easy to set up yourself, and the entire setup can be installed or removed depending on your needs.
The car is smooth to drive with automatic transmission and easy to handle, even on longer trips through the islands. It has some minor scratches and signs of use, so you can rent it without worry – just treat it with normal care and love.

Overall, a good time with Raimon's car.
We worried at first because we got the car on our own, without meeting the owner (it needs trust!). The front tires were pretty smooth. Raimon met us the next morning to change them. We were not in a hurry and he did that very efficiently but if you rent the car only for few days that would be problematic. I think the car would need more love and care in general : tires, impacts, a bit messy inside when you look closer (things which are not for our use). The camping gear is OK but not really sustainable : mattress starting to mold underneath because no ventilation; curtains a bit short and not opaque and fragile ; storage boxes are fragile too.
The car was pleasant to drive and Raimon was easy to reach by messages and gave us clear information to get and give back the car. But, yes, it definitely needs improvement to get a five stars.
Super expérience ! La voiture était très confortable, agréable à conduire et bien aménagée, avec des accessoires bien pratiques. Plus qu’un véhicule, c’était un vrai lieu de vie ! Raimon a été très réactif, très arrangeant, prévenant et sympa. Nous recommandons chaudement !
