Très économique très confortable sur l’autoroute
Came to a car that I couldn't open and neither owner or Getaround service replied to resolve the issue. Had to rent an expensive car from a rental company in Nice airport with another €1.200 deposit, plus rent, to be able to go to our holiday stay. Because of this mess, I ended up with a total of €2.100 in deposits!!!
Two days into my three days rent, I could finally unlock the car in the app, just to find out the clutch was dead and I had to "pump" the clutch to be able to get it into gear! I even got stuck in a big intersection and had to push the car aside because I couldn't get the car in gear! Very dangerous to drive this car!
Leaving it back, I couldn't lock it and the owner had to do it remotely. Super inconvenient and much time of our holiday and money wasted because of this car!
I later rented another car from another Getaround owner and everything went super smooth and that car drove perfectly fine!

De plus vous avez été incapable de déverrouiller le véhicule puis incapable de le verrouiller
je n'ai jamais vu autant d'incompétence que vous avez tenté de masquer en inventant un problème
