Bilen fungerer greit, men den var svært skitten både utvendig og innvendig ved overtakelse. I tillegg lyste varsellampene for service, og det var problemer med TPMS-sensoren (dekktrykk). Feilene ble meldt til utleier både via chat og i loggboken, men fikk ikke noe svar underveis i leieforholdet.

Ved levering var heller ikke parkeringsplassen med lademulighet tilgjengelig. Det stod ingen instruksjoner for alternativ parkering.

Bilen lader maks rundt 40 kW med CCS, noe som gjør ladingen relativt tidkrevende.

Det som trekker opp er en god leiepris.

We rented this car for a trip of 385 km for an initial sum of ca. 1300 NOK. When picking up the car, the outside was so dirty that the reverse camera was obstructed and the windows had poor visibility. After an hour we had to stop to clean the outside of the car as the window washer fluid was empty. Just before reaching our destination after only 180 km, the battery level was already down to 10% so we had to make a 25 km detour to charge the car. The charging time at a Tesla supercharger was almost 1.5 hours. Because of this we had to pay another 160 NOK and we ran out of time to charge the car on the way back and had to pay an admin fee of 200 NOK. We arrived at 8:25pm but due to the time with checking out the car, the rent in the app was closed at 8:33. The next day I was charged another 300 NOK for 3 minutes late return. I contacted the owner about it, but got no response. We ended up paying almost 2000 NOK for a 12-hour rent, from which 2 hours were lost for cleaning and charging.
