I enjoyed the rental would recommend
We had a great 7-day trip with Issam's e-Golf. Unfortunately, the car turned out to have significant damage on the passenger side when we picked it up, though that didn't really detract from our overall experience. We do have two important tips for Issam to make the trip even better for future renters. First, the car’s suspension has a lot of play, causing loud knocking noises; I suspect the issue lies with the wheel suspension or shock absorbers—they could use some attention. Second, navigation maps don't seem to have been updated in years. This caused us to go off-route frequently, which unfortunately wasted time and range. Since new maps can be downloaded for free from VW, there's really no reason not to update them. Otherwise, picking up, dropping off, and locking/unlocking the car went smoothly, and energy consumption was as expected—around 14 kWh/100 km. With a little planning, getting from A to B in Norway—even over long distances—is no problem at all with this older EV.
Aircondition var veldig ustabilt og vi måtte ved flere tilfeller kjøre med vinduene åpent i stedet.
Helt ok bil. Grei bybil men ikke noe man kjører lenger med.
