In some cases, invoices for parking or charging made by the driver may appear during or after a rental.
If you receive such an invoice, you can request a reimbursement for the cost. Please note that the request must be submitted no later than 30 days for charging and 60 days for parking after the rental has ended.
How to Request a Reimbursement:
You can submit the request directly through the relevant rental in the app by following these steps:
Go to My Rentals and select the relevant rental.
Tap on “Request compensation (parking & in-rental charging)”
Select the type of cost: Parking or In-rental Charging.
Enter the amount, documentation and provide a short explanation to the driver regarding the request.
For Tesla charging reimbursement
All requests must include the PDF receipt from Tesla. This receipt must clearly show: - The date of the charging session - Vehicle registration number or Vehicle VIN number

What Happens After Submitting the Request?
If the driver confirms that the compensation is justified, the amount will be charged to the them, and you will receive the reimbursement. If the request is deemed invalid, it will be declined.
