Managing my calendar and availabilities

You can edit your calendar in Your cars > Calendar.

Click on the plus sign in the bottom right corner, choose whether the unavailability is all day or within a specific time period, then select the start and end time of your unavailability, then select the reason your car will be unavailable. If your availability follows a set pattern, you can use the “Recurrence” option.

When someone books your car, it will be logged in the calendar automatically, so there is no need for you to enter it manually. If necessary, you can also indicate your availability more precisely through the "Access Hours” found in Your Conditions, e.g. from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 8pm.

We advise you to update your calendar as often as possible: it will prevent you from receiving requests that you cannot honor and disappointing interested drivers if your car is not available.

Tip: If it's complicated for you to anticipate your car availability, we recommend that you snooze your listing so that your car is no longer visible in the search. Go to your car page, click on “Listing status” then “Snooze”. You can then choose between a short snooze (your car will be unavailable for the timeframe you set) or a long or uncertain snooze (your listing won’t appear in the search results anymore - you’ll need to reactivate it if you want to rent your car again). Even if you indicate your availability last minute, you will still have chances to receive rental requests, especially before weekends or holidays!
