Owner - Contesting a review

Getaround tries be fair to both Owner and Driver, so reviews cannot be modified once published, and cannot be deleted either.

However, in the instance a Getaround user leaves a review which you feel is unfair, you are able to provide a response.

You can email us to have a response published, indicating the relevant rental number. Think to keep this short, so that users will take the time to read it (we recommend a maximum of four sentences).

NB: Our community relies on honest, transparent reviews. We will remove any abusive comments published on Getaround, and anyone writing such comments could be banned from the platform.
