Understanding payout timeframes

When will I receive my payment?

Your payments are made according to the frequency you select in Your Account > Payment settings. You can change this at any time.

  • Weekly payments: a single transfer is made on the first business day of each week.
  • Monthly payments: a single transfer is made on the first business day of each month.

Only rentals that have ended at least 48 hours before the transfer date are included in the payment.

Once the transfer is made, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

To view your payment history or details, go to Payments > Payment statement.

What should I do if I haven’t received my payment?

Please check the following:

  • Verify your bank details and billing information complete and up to date in Your Account > Payment settings.

  • According to the regulations, additional documents or information may be requested. If you’ve recently updated your details, a verification check may be underway.

  • Check if you have any unpaid invoices in Payments > Unpaid invoices. If your earnings do not cover these amounts, your payments may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
